Special Events
Throughout the year, I host and moderate special events that are featured on my homepage. THE EVENTS ARE MEANT TO BE INTROSPECTIVE AND ENCOURAGE CONVERSATION AND RELAXATION.
My special events are held globally, in premiere locations to include cruises, spas, hotels, wellness retreats, and in cities like, Dallas, NYC, London, Paris, and LA. These are opportunities for me to blend my life-coaching skills and messages within my books to help you achieve a state of mindfulness about you and your surroundings. Regardless of your reason or occasion to participate in one of my events, I hope you will gain a take-away that mindfulness supports relaxation and helps to bring about clarity in your decisions.
I host events for up to 50 people, and they are arranged for private parties, companies, organizations, and small groups of individuals meeting each other for the first time.
Each event has a unique theme, for example, conversation, connection, or relaxation, and at the same time, geared towards the needs and aims of the specific group or client. Theses events are thoughtful, engaging, and rewarding.

INDIVIDUAL 1:1 SESSIONS:
Each 1 hour session is used entirely to work on your agenda. The primary benefit of the individual session provides the freedom to be open and introspective. Further, my program promotes the ability to develop, implement, and grow an individual plan.
GROUP SESSIONS: (I facilitate small groups (5-8) and medium size groups (up to 50) for young professionals, organizations, and businesses)
Expand your network and increase your worth. Join a 90 minute bi-monthly round-table to share and gain new ideas and perspectives, with a small group of young adults who are seeking to make a positive difference.
PREMARITAL COACHING SESSIONS:
A decision of a lifetime is worth taking the time to consider and asking the necessary questions.
I have developed a questionnaire for couples to take separately and independently, which will be followed by four 60 minutes sessions. With your responses to the questionnaire, I will guide you through conversations that will help you make decisions about your Path. My approach is simple and straightforward.
